ClauseMinds Just for Your Org
Managed private deployment is your own ClauseMinds: upload contracts, review before anything is tracked, and stay on top of renewals, termination notices, and payment terms—the same experience you expect, with every obligation tied back to the language in the document.
You get a web address and storage reserved for your organization, not mixed with other companies' information. We host and care for it, so you can describe a clear, dedicated home for contract data—without hiring an infrastructure team. Request it from your account billing on Growth or Enterprise. Need hosting only under agreements your company signs? See customer-owned deployment.
What to expect
A fresh dedicated space—not an automatic move from the app you use today
When we turn this on, you get a fresh ClauseMinds built for your organization. Work from the standard shared app does not move over by itself—you decide what to upload again and when to send people to the new link. From then on, new contracts and obligations stay in that private space only.
- You sign in at your own link; your files are not stored together with other companies' information.
- Our team reviews each request before turning your space on; you follow progress from billing—nothing happens in the dark.
- Optional help that sends contract text outside ClauseMinds starts off; you enable it only if policy allows—fewer surprises for legal and security.
- Company-wide login, deeper integrations, your own web address, and fully customer-owned hosting are Enterprise options—not part of the first private offering on Growth.
- 1Be on Growth (or Enterprise) — unlocks the option.
- 2Open billing and submit the request — add a short note if timing or compliance helps us plan.
- 3We review and turn on your space — you receive your dedicated link when it is ready.

Data and documents
How your uploads and contract data stay safe
A private space adds a strong layer: your organization's information is not stored in the same place as unrelated companies. ClauseMinds still requires sign-in, respects who belongs in each workspace, and checks uploads. That gives auditors and leadership a boundary that is easier to name and defend.
- When people use the app, the connection is protected the way you expect from sensitive online services.
- Files and obligation records sit in storage dedicated to your organization, protected according to what our hosting partners support.
- Only people you invite to a workspace can open that workspace's contracts; sensitive actions stay limited to the roles you assign.
- We check file type and size, keep files private to your workspace, and never publish them as open links.
- Outside services do not receive your full contract text unless you deliberately turn that on—so strict confidentiality stays the default.
- Your organization's files are not mixed with other customers' in storage.
- Protected when your team uses the app; stored securely according to the platform.
- Team permissions and careful activity records—so access matches policy.
For backups, vendors we rely on, and how to report issues, see our Security overview.
Why teams ask for it
Easier approvals, same day-to-day work
Legal, security, and procurement ask where contracts and obligations actually live. On the shared app, that answer can sound vague. Managed private deployment gives you one sentence: ClauseMinds dedicated to you, run by us. Your team keeps the same screens, human review, and obligations tied to the clause text—they are not learning a new product.
A story leadership can repeat
You point to dedicated space for your ClauseMinds data instead of a shared pool with other subscribers. Available on Growth and Enterprise; Starter and Team stay on the shared app.
No surprise go-live
We review each request before turning your space on. You follow status in billing and get your link when ready—easier planning for IT and legal.
Sensitive text stays yours by default
Optional services that would send full contract text elsewhere start off. You turn them on only when policy allows—fewer urgent reviews with security.
Nothing new to relearn
Same uploads, review queue, obligations, actions, calendar, and links back to the clause—only your web address and separation from other customers change.
Scope it before you commit
Email sales with rough contract counts and compliance context. Know what you are buying whether you upgrade first or ask questions first.
Need company login, integrations, or your own cloud?
Enterprise can add single sign-on, integrations, your own web address, or customer-owned hosting—separate from the first managed private release on Growth.
Get started
How you get your dedicated environment
On an eligible plan, a billing admin submits one request inside your ClauseMinds account. That starts our review and setup. Still comparing plans or need a written scope for procurement? Contact sales first—we spell out what is included so finance and legal can approve with confidence.
- Move to Growth (or Enterprise) for managed private; talk to Enterprise sales if you need customer-owned hosting instead.
- In billing, submit the private deployment request. Add a short note if volume, region, or compliance helps us plan.
- Not on Growth yet, or need paperwork before you buy? Email sales so procurement sees exactly what is included.
- Growth or Enterprise for managed private deployment.
- Enterprise path if your company must own the hosting agreements—see customer-owned deployment.
- Must be a workspace admin to submit or follow up.
- One active request at a time per workspace until you are fully live.
Want ClauseMinds in your own space?
Check pricing for plan limits, then request your private environment from billing when you qualify—or email sales first if buyers need a plain-English scope. You get dedicated ClauseMinds to cite in reviews, without running hosting yourself. If policy requires files and systems only under agreements your company signs, choose Enterprise customer-owned deployment.
